Salary: $30,000.00 per year
Commission: MINIMUM of $12,000.00-$15,000.00+++ per year
Hours: 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday - Friday
Location: North York
Requirements:
•0-2 years Call Center experience
•Ability to sell a product and sell themselves
•Some experience handling customer escalations and objections
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Contact customers that were not prompted about ISP offers and suggest the offers to them
•Close warm sales leads for ISP offers
•Handle incoming customer inquiries and process orders
•Resolve customer escalations
•Administrative duties
•Any other reasonable duties assigned by their manager
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Excellent attendance and punctuality
•Excellent customer service skills
•Energetic and enthusiastic personality
•Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple priorities
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internet
•Experience in setting priorities and scheduling daily activities
•Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Education: High school diploma required, with English or French as the primary language
Language Skills: French [ Fluent ], English [ Fluent ]
