Requirements:
• 3 year Call Center – Sales Lead experience (indirectly manage up to 60 sales representative in 4 different channels)
• 1-2 years Call Center experience
• 1-2 years Training/Leadership experience
• 1 year in written communication with Microsoft Outlook
• 1 year with reporting and using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to sell a product and sell themselves
• 1 year building and delivering training materials to 15-25 people
• 1 year handling customer escalations and objections
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Account Manager:
• Provide daily support and motivation to sales floor employees
• Create and manage incentive programs
• Ongoing training, mentoring and coaching of sales floor employees
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and process orders
• Perform daily phone audits
• Resolve customer escalations
• Update marketing materials and communications
• Administrative duties

Education:
• Business/Marketing field
• University degree or College diploma
French would be an asset
