Welcome to LIQUID Fitness. LIQUID Fitness is the first of it's kind - more than a gym to workout in, LIQUID Fitness is about Pro Active Health Management.
Members have access to technology such as Precor and Nordic Track cardiovascular equipment, Free Motion Strength Training Equipment, as well as the New Leaf metabolic technology to measure caloric burn rates, and accurately assess training levels to burn fat.
Our services include degreed and certified personal training programs, weight management programs, group training, group fitness classes (Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Muscle Conditioning), child activity center, along with therapeutic massage.
