Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
* Assist in the coordination of client assessments and information gathering
* Work with Client Service Managers to coordinate client information and problem resolution
* Work with clients to gather critical information, invoices and contracts required to support our work product
* Gather business requirements from client management to begin the Sourcing process
* Populate templates with required information to support the quoting process
* Assist client ordering personnel through training and telephone support
* Resolve first level supplier issues directly with client suppliers
* Assist in supplier implementations
* Coordinate consumption and financial reporting by client
* Perform Discovery audits for various expense categories
* Assist in the development of client satisfaction and client retention
Requirements include the following:
* 3-5 years of business to business customer service experience
* Bachelors Degree in Business or Education
* Well developed written and verbal communication skills
* Detail orientation
* Project management skill-set
* Customer Service focus
* Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work from an office or from a remote location
