Conduct sales demonstrations of Sleep Number Beds and Accessories to provide all customers with an exceptional experience. Follow sales presentation procedures. Work as a member of the store sales team to increase sales and meet or exceed all store and individual goals. Implement creative ideas to generate leads. Follow internal lead management practices which include entering eligible leads, scheduling letters, sending "Thank You" cards, and making follow-up phone calls. Ensure excellent customer service for all Select Comfort customers. Actively participate in ongoing training, including training meetings. Work assigned schedule including days, evenings, weekends and Holidays as dictated by the company. Abide to Select Comfort's ethics standards. Keep store neat and clean.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1+ years sales experience is required.
* Excellent selling skills and strong sales ability.
* Ability to make clear, concise, and educational presentations.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
* Computer experience required. Ability to use Windows applications and/or POS systems is required.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Additional education or training is preferred.
